Jayman 的arrival series 能买吗？

最近我朋友在Jayman看房，sales 说他们有一个房型便宜些，因为是arrival series, 说是因为这是新的房型，所以卖的便宜些。我朋友从没听说过，觉得羊毛出在羊身上，便宜准没好货。请问大家有买过这种price discounted 新房型吗？不知道安不安全，　可不可靠。

Something new and tricky?  Arrival series?   

Whose arrival,  refugees?  Got to be more specific, such as model name, square footage, price range, and how much discount buyers can get.  Jayman had a good reputation before, not sure how it is doing now.

强烈建议不要买jayman 这5年内建的房子。这几年他们扩展过快, 质量控制不了。还有售后服务烂。想知道多点, 到我们新区McConachie 问一下。大部分买jayman 的人都不满意。

Their product is very pricey.
