Correct.  If the car lease is worth $48,000.00 of lease payout, the guarantor should have $48,000 of your money deposited in a trust account, in case you walk away.

if buyer has $48000 cash to buy, why he/she needs 担保？

Just to build the applicant's credit history, and satisfy his ego to drive a car.

查了一下， If you're a guarantor, you're simply a spectator; a guarantor agrees to take over the debt if the other person does not pay. However, a guarantor won't be called to action until the lender has exhausted all other means of collection from the original borrower.

$ u' ?/ o; S) O! o很多车行连信用记录都不用。
! x; u' T( L' K/ F' U坏信用记录，破产的都可以买车。换家车行吧。

这里贷款要看信用记录的，不用信用记录的大多都是高风险高利息，坏信用破产的要付25-35%的利息。
