The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
4 S4 F; B" P2 G) I6 y `Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. G% x( i" T' e8 e; P( E( R- XAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
5 G; h7 ^4 i p9 u# DManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, L8 @% b, J- K6 s" P7 t3 V9 t
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
- v5 ?/ {+ L+ k( H$ r( rEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;3 `" K. D+ ?& A7 u5 f+ r
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
