! i) Y4 t5 w+ pWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
: A( `$ q5 E9 m2 wWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies! J9 L4 H) h& w) j% B
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
5 g4 \) Q; a! X$ P9 ]4 J, j+ p8 wManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
; K+ ? V% ?' DOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
/ z+ s- B" u5 C: x1 i% F5 X; UEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ |. A2 e7 \' S5 j0 F# LConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.8 C+ ?* _3 e. v+ @1 `
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
