The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
: A: H( g4 ^4 n1 }/ |5 V PWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies$ F/ ~% @" g3 ]! K; U
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines6 j: d% \5 r H5 t/ E
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;( {$ F0 V* k! r" O0 M3 v
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;/ Y. t6 ]9 m/ m) l. D c; P
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;* l. L7 C# D( G' k' P
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;' O1 E4 b+ g) p8 C u+ b: c( n: t
