We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.) K' R8 V d1 w

- a0 F- u: _/ `/ V- K( d8 VCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments" A& g; V R9 T* @5 G
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies3 y: p0 j7 N: \( r- m* [
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 p7 B+ [+ `6 l9 bManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;* d" g0 p, A- A: l, P
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 M+ `, e6 `9 a; x3 [! T& MEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* }# c S& n- w2 R6 u6 [* c1 hConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.. i3 r6 C5 V* ]+ O) B
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
