The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

' H8 n# W: T. ^4 `Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
3 _: ]. |2 R% {% l$ n5 x' w0 tWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
$ ]9 t/ C0 K: T Z4 tAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines' }( U D) |* D: a
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& X; \7 a4 @: _& f2 j5 e- iOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( X E8 t. L7 z! H& ]Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database; p3 t C: [8 ]1 O3 o5 ]0 L
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.4 u9 a# d) z* ]" l+ ]
Conduct all work within established time standards;
