A heating and ventilation permit is required when installing or altering heating and ventilation equipment.

boilers,

+ E& o+ o6 {+ w) j  |heating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。

但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
