builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。

7 p, Y7 s  v. qthat's what I thought too, I think most builders have at least 3 walk-through

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
5 j7 [8 J! k) a. c/ M楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
' a. q+ X* P/ Y. |9 g# V% M还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

Did you ever follow up with the builder?
I would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.

, t# A( i6 ~# H# I$ r, e: zIf you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

- `; K. r0 q' K2 \1 eIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
