* T5 e" f4 K$ U" b4 k' [8 vby the way you talk, i am confident that you are no legally defined "engineer", you are probbly some middle-age man working in trades, you just get frustration accumulated from working in a trade environment that is full of uneducated rednecks and your ethnicity is constantly challenged or given inappropriate level of attention (for lack of better words) on a daily basis.

before you vent whatever is going through your mind, you have to give it a thought and think about how to properly address it, particularly in public such as work place. it is called " politically correctness".
