借人气想问问NAIT的civil engineer专业？女生学

之前在NAIT读了两年的accounting， 毕业后工作两年实在觉得这工作又受气又无聊，也不好找工作，又要眼睛痛，天天一刻不停死盯着电脑。所以想学个工科专业，请问这个civil engineer怎么样？我数理化国内不好，但是在NAIT
1 j. q2 s+ M, [: r学会计时候，有门数学课考了满分。不知道这里的理科有多难，这样可以学吗？这个两年的工程毕业后是做怎样的工作？需要搬重物吗？就业前景怎样呢？

还有没有其他工程专业比较好就业，不需要很多体力活的？

engineering isn't just math, but the application of math and theory. based on my experience, finding work with a civil engineer degree isn't that much easier and better than an accounting degree. you don't need to do any physical work if you can find an office job.

这里的工作，要么在办公室盯着电脑看，要么在现场干体力活。

civil engineering的工作可以在办公室搞设计（进入工程设计公司），或者在工地施工或检查施工（进入建筑公司或监理公司）。如果数学好，又对物理感兴趣，可以学这个专业。

一般不要改专业，除非你对工程特别感兴趣。

Do not switch to Civil Eng unless you like it very much. Know a white guy, Civil Eng master degree graduated from U of A this year. Still looking for a job. The market is smaller than accounting, either you have a decent big company/gov job, or you have no job at all. For accounting, you can always find small company jobs when you are not ready for big company/gov job.

谢谢楼上各位的意见。除了二楼。我还以为这个civil好找工作呢，看来不是这样的，那还有没有其他的专业比较好呢？感觉做会计真的挺没安全感的。

能不能做设计也要看运气，据说好多去现场工作了。那可就比较辛苦了。

I'm assuming you're a relatively quiet type girl (most accounting people are quiet), I would suggest you to try process/chemical engineering instead.

master degree的毕业生可能没有nait的毕业生好找工作。
& W9 o3 b. T3 e( j对于master degree的毕业生，又没有工作经验，工作职位又高，工作肯定难找。Nait毕业生，可直接从底层做起，起薪低比如5w, 可能更收欢迎。

我是在nait学civil的，给你几点建议。学习过程中有一定的体力活，有些课程需要你抗设备。就业情况因人而异，总体讲男生比女生好找工作，但是像老外那种比男生还要强壮的女生除外。确实有些人找到办公室的工作，如果你仅仅考虑这样的工作，就业机会会受限。
