因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。
请问三楼楼主：怎样让Lawyer操作？

/ `6 s' I+ l9 `3 IFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
6 z) R& a1 u6 i/ ~1 pTalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
