Today was another exceptionally busy day for us and we are very excited to share with you that we have today spoken with a lawyer who is happy and eager to represent the residents. It has been a long and often times difficult experience to actually locate a lawyer who was able to. Many of those we spoke to were eager to take our case, only to find out that there was some conflict of interest preventing them from helping us. In addition to that many were also on holidays. So after an extensive search and many hours of phone calls we have finally succeeded.9 E* T! J# P: c0 Y' `" q9 p

The name of the firm that has accepted our case is Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer.

- l7 J" t3 O/ T: OSo, where do we proceed from here, you are wondering? Well, the next immediate step is to secure the funds needed to pay for the lawyer. I know that many of you have offered to donate to help pay for the services of a lawyer and we are now finally ready to begin accepting those donations.

We want to assure you that we do not want to handle any funds without complete transparency to you, and as such we have accepted the volunteer support of a Certified General Accountant, who is also a neighbourhood resident, to take care of all of our accounting requirements. We all feel that the only way we can accept any of your donations is to make absolutely sure that you know that your trust in us, to take care of and use these funds properly, is well placed.7 w, G/ ^0 \1 s) N
$ x3 E/ k; m7 v- V5 C/ u4 A# e" AAt this time the best way for us to accept these donations is by cash. Over the next week we are going to work very diligently at providing you with additional methods to make donations. At this time, however, it is very important that we begin fundraising immediately so that our lawyer can actually begin to work on the case.

So, if you would like to make a donation, despite the inconvenience of our current fundraising situation of only being able to accept cash, we ask that you please send us an email to let us know how much you would like to donate. We will then correspond with you to get your address so that we may, at least save you the inconvenience of coming to us, by going to you. We will also provide you with a receipt for your records.

8 o) u, F5 t) W! f' GI also want to let you know that I apologize for the lack of updates on our website. I unfortunately am the only one currently trying to do any work on the website and, this is really unfortunate, I also have to work a full time job for a living. Yes, I know that comes as a shock ;D however, that is the compromise, I still have to pay for my house. I addition to this my internet connection is also wretchedly awful. In fact I really can't adequately express just how bad it is, but it is making updating the website virtually impossible. If you think you this is something you can help me out with, I would definitely not turn down any offers of assistance :D
