RT，在UA的博后能选修UA的相关课程么?国内拿的博士学位，没有T,G成绩。。。。

Yes, talk to the office, or graduate coordinator. Sometimes you have to register a course in person.

. i" l3 D6 A  c5 G% k5 X( _& k- V4 Y( j我理解是：你已经在国内博士毕业了，还想继续UA学习本专业的课程而且要学分？请问：要学分什么目的啊？再就是，据我对UA的了解，已经某个专业毕业（包括国内的毕业的）不能继续注册重复学习同一个专业在UA. 相关的专业是可以学习的。所以，你可以选择相关的但不相同的注册学习，才能学习其他专业的比如硕士课程，同时取得学分。将来就是双学位（比如，这个新专业的硕士）。

***还有一个办法，就是不出示国内相关的博士毕业证和成绩，只说自己学过硕士或者本科，那么你仍然可以UA继续学习本专业的博士或者硕士。但是，因为你已经博士后，肯定告知了对方你有国内博士，所以这个办法对你已经失效了。**

你好，非常感谢你的回复。。我在国内的单位要求在这个学校要上一门课，要拿到所在学校教务系统的上课证明，所以我只想上一门课，我不拿硕士学位。。。。按照你的了解，我是可以选相近专业的一门课的是吗？

若是不拿学位的话。我建议你去registry office问问，open class也是有学分的。原则上只要交钱的，应该都有学分。想好学习课程的理由，别说你公司让你学的，说由于工作需要。

不知道你说得上课证明是什么，我就知道，你在学校注册后网上就可以选课，成绩单可以网上查，也可以让学校免费给你打印精美的原件（防伪纸打印的很好）。

要求上的这个课还要与本专业相关的，continuing education 能选择的都是语言等不相关的，所以才到万能的论坛上求解答

0 Y0 H0 E3 T# ]$ }2 w不要学位的话，应该好办，问问open class告诉他们你想选几个课程学习下。想好充足理由，比如，中国的与这边很不同，所以想学习下，有助于工作等。

咨询博后办公室的结果是：What I can tell you though, is that you need to obtain a Study Permit in order to take a class as you are here on a Work Permit.

In order to take an Engineering course for credit you would have to be admitted to the Faculty of Engineering (as either a degree student or Special Student). Please note the admission deadline for Engineering Special Students is August 1. If you do not need the course for credit, you could inquire about the possibility of auditing that class.

什么时候都不可能有后门可走，没人能把你的名字加到系统里去如果你没有offer和permit

应该可以作为open studies的学生去修一门课，但是需要支付学费（加上国际学生费用），而且可能需要满足学习那门课的录取要求（例如语言，那门课程的基础课等等）。建议你直接和希望就读的那门课的学院的相关工作人员咨询一下。如果找不到相关工作人员，考虑联系阿尔伯塔大学国际部：china@international.ualberta.ca

再实话实说

博士后合同结束后，如果暂时找不到工作。可以考虑读一个工程硕士，对在加拿大以后工作有利。
