咨询:关于无犯罪证明有效期疑问

准备申请移民，国内无犯罪证明的有效期是三个月，这期间一直在屯子里没有回国，过期就不能用了吗？有知道的朋友吱一声，谢谢了～

原则是无犯罪证明不能早于你递交移民申请三个月,否则整个申请会有重新打回的可能. 比如你打算七月一号交,无犯罪的 date of issue 不能早于四月一号. 不提供加拿大police report.

The certificate must have been issued no more than three months prior to submitting your application. If the original certificate is not in English or French, then you will need to submit both the certificate and the original copy of the translation prepared by an accredited translator.

在埃德蒙顿居住时间超过6个月了，那么就不用再在中国开了吗？   晕啊。。。

4 X* c7 |: v& P. q1 ^' {, X嗨，我晕啊。。。开过无犯罪证明之后就没有回过中国，咋会不能用用啊？？？    关键是国内的证明不好开啊，要本人亲自去开，不能应为这事回国吧。。。

你的情况，只有在加拿大的警察局开就可以了。不要中国的了。你在加拿大超过6个月了。

移民加拿大，，不用开加拿大的无犯罪证明，但是过去十年你在任何一个国家住满6个月，就要提供这个国家的 无犯罪证明。所以 你必须提供国内的无犯罪证明，这个证明的的颁发日期需要在你提交移民之内的三个月。这个是字面的翻译，具体你的情况，你只能咨询cic。而且估计他们也没有明确的界定。
如果你在国内能找到人代办，那最好就办了。实在不能就提交出国之前的那个试一试。

7 v& ]# k% C. Y; c7 }+ l$ t/ J+ u谢谢回复。5月份在中国国内托人开了一个无犯罪证明（很费劲的），可是申请办移民要到10月底了，过了三个月的有效期，不知道行吗？？？
