我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。, j+ O" k" C. C: x: E( a0 y

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened / [/ _! E, J6 A) `( M) v

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

+ ~2 ]/ g: [) O1 \Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 8 V% C) v( L1 S

; J, X6 B+ E3 S) n$ N3 {' s3 K! MFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. + Q/ ]# ^, L3 `
