1, it is possible to grow mould underneath the new top layer if you don't remove the old top layer

the old under layer can be removed or you can leave it in depanding on its condition. if you want to remove it, it's a lot of physical labour work.

2 d; n4 ?4 X3 ]1 Ginstalling the new carpet is very easy, but again it's a lot of physical labour. carpets are a lot heavier than most people think. plus, you'll need to do your own measurements, cutting, transportation of new/old material, etc.
