CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
' I' i- E( I/ @$ m. p9 l% C9 v, ARegistered Nurses Exam (CRNE).
1 m8 f: w; \) T; O; g! ^/ e% t
The emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
question and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
1 K7 e1 \  u4 v* v2 lmaterial and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
Coach and a professional in the field.

5 ]9 B' T& [4 n. @7 u/ wTo join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
3 l4 G% Q  b" V, JOctober 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
9 L) R3 s) a, D8 T/ Qintending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
Participants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
; }$ U/ W0 U( j+ y6 SRegistration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
( _, G7 e3 ]. h; u. Zlimited, early registration is strongly advised.

Candidates who live outside of the Calgary area may participate in the study group through
teleconferencing.
