Rule Number One, family eats dinner together. She should eat meals with the family at dinner table. Not in front of TV, not before or after the rest eating . If she chooses to play at dinner time, then ask she to leave the table and do not give food to her until the next meal time.

* j4 }0 q3 c) G6 y* h2 MIf she eats and plays at the same time, that's not good. When your reminders don't work, set the timer! You might give her 1 hours to finish her meal first few times. When time's up, she won't be allowed to eat. -In that case, she won't be given toys to play, she won't get the snacks she loves, etc. You'll take whatever she cares. Hopefully next time she listens when you remind.
