 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site." R# q8 U X. q7 C7 a- ]8 f; n5 K" D
 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.$ y/ r9 S4 x* a0 A, l$ o! G
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.

 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.3 |" u+ x O3 h' b, Z& m$ p
 Reporting to the Program Manager on a Regular basis.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.& R; g- T8 q6 w( K- u9 B# ^
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
% s9 t- X% l" K8 w" z# C$ T Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
( J1 j" [; s' { t! ` Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.7 ]. Z0 t# d( m) d) D! {1 P- O7 S
 Knowledge of community resources.

3 C' F" u, R7 gThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
