小心租房！！！

8763 96AVE 一套老房（CONDO）出租给一对姓林夫妇，月租金是$900一月，三室一厅。 他们租主卧，然后将其他俩室向外招租。其中一楼小房租金$370/月，二楼客房则$430/月。然后这对夫妇自己将自己最大的主卧室分为$100/月！

我觉得没什么了不起的，因为租不出去的风险，或收不到房租的风险同样是他们承担的。如果你觉得合适，你同样可以做这样的生意。

LZ莫名其妙.  觉得合适就租, 不合适就走开. 管他们的成本干什么? 他们请你做他们的FINANCIAL ADVISOR 了吗?

If people would like to accept this kind of deal I have no comment. I just don't want more and more people become victims. Especially Chinese.

这个illegal吗，即然illegal，你有这大的气，问题不是很好解决了吗。
实在不明白新移民怎么就成了victim了，没有人不让他们去take别人的advantage,自己也去做二房东好了，只是记住风险永远与利益共存，这就是市场。
再问你一个问题，20多年前的edmonton，估计一个one bedroom也就是3，4万吧，按你的理论只要你租房都是房东的victims.
