固定利率再次攀升, 让购房者更倾向于选择相对较低的浮动利率。 四月十九日实施的房贷新政策, 即使客人选择浮动利率, 贷款机构也会按当周的贷款基准利率计算其贷款资格。 本周的基准评核利率是6.10%。9 B! a9 x, w; T

I placed the payments the same for both products (take the P-40 product, but make payments at the 4.64% rate).
