( A! L6 N5 F. g; S8 [2 _& {I am looking for a lot to build the house now. If I want to buy a vacant land or the old house to tear down, I am thinking of the followings:
- X6 P1 f, v4 \. d9 J6 _Need to know if the lot is fully serviced by the city, if no, how much to get the service?* a# }+ T, x, w, w% \/ t1 x/ j0 k1 n
Need to know the zoning for the land, check with the government planning and development department to know how big the house can be built on this lot. Are there any constraints? such as conservation area or heritage requirement etc.7 K3 D& m: D- c( S7 V
Need to know the house market of the area. Especially the houses on the same street.
) [1 [+ b k! qIf the old house, need to know the redevelopment requirement. It will be great if already rebuilt on the same street.
