粥可以是前一晚熬好的,像一般熬粥一样,加点肉丝在粥里煮熟。喜欢吃咸粥的可放适量盐。- }9 w+ h% _: x4 e5 n5 z
早上起来把粥放在炉子上加热(强烈不建议用微波炉),同时将半个皮蛋放在碗中用调羹或筷子夹成碎块,放葱花(如本人的极品懒人这步也可省去),粥如果是淡的可在皮蛋上放点盐,鸡精少许,香油几滴。 * P: l' E+ S) @2 F6 a( P粥热后倒在碗中,搅拌均匀即可食用,可搭配包子馒头油条面包,味道超棒! # W. C' b `, P. M; A( P注意,皮蛋不可给孩子多吃,偶尔做一两回改善改善即可。
