Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

2. garage w/concrete foundation vs. those w/footings. " N9 r* _! F/ \1 F3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). 3 k# c! O2 s X0 x* _. J7 D4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.2 J/ {2 ]7 L& [( E/ n) r
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. + B, H" d T' q+ H6 m8 j! p4 P) t6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
