I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:, `: N0 ~- }2 Q/ C

Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)% K! c* v' e6 y6 n$ v

A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further. ; w: L# Z6 f! Q c1 m 1 ~& L6 r8 {2 p5 _) ^5 V# aI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!
