he is a holder of a ,alberta issued, driving instructor licence

9 k, r! j( Z; j% Blet not fool ourself that mr. trailway is a properly licence instructor.
' p; ?. k* c, T7 b9 x! Ohe is openly defying the law of alberta.

when someone teaching illegal, you will be penalized by alberta government.
