& r M; a1 b+ [7 d. _$ U# ?* DI have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

+ P7 |! \" Z) E, P6 ]/ r8 lI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.
