I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.4 \' W3 s4 c& A# {2 b7 B

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.
