It looks like you guys are all rich and look at only five years rate. If I am buying house I have to look at 20-25 years rate because I can not afford to pay off such quick as within 5 years.

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
  ]5 K/ [6 C6 N. t4 [the variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
5 Q0 [7 k) D; I7 a& A/ _: m- yI do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
