Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the % r: v' R) ^) E
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 s( [ r. N0 g0 h( l* D$ F1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
; \, Y" y4 m% F0 T3 |beverage items.: k, w& ]! n+ t5 Z9 T
1 L6 Q4 X, {7 C3 z$ w2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the % F0 I- Y" z' Z$ R
bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of % G: g( e' x# `% @" x
each shift, and upon closing.* q& s$ _1 F( j2 h% t4 g0 g" o
* i5 f$ Z R, g& l. @4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
+ c; H) f0 _& D' d! D! Cattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and ( Y$ H0 m1 F$ o3 E
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.8 @- l4 W# L" M+ z' ]5 L

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
: K8 B4 M# Z* L' o vstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
* j C: u X% Oproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

0 L- h/ |' O. R$ Y, q" q6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close " z- l& J) s+ A4 Z
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

) p- e- }3 L' r; raccordance with Students' Union policies.

1 T9 I) p6 l! l$ A$ |" ?2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 4 e1 a! }7 e% V+ q/ p# {
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in - g7 d5 m5 ~2 m, q& x% H' a. T

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
