procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, ( h: T( d. b, `: W, }9 n

, Q6 n( A( R$ y Y* d6 P. bDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- w, q* a! X! T" [1 \4 Q2 {
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the - w- |5 m8 e0 w9 U# V0 D
bar and debit floats.3 m( E) m& J, c1 R i/ C+ ~
, K" @6 v9 N! [/ [3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
/ |8 H9 R: l i3 w, x5 Qeach shift, and upon closing.

0 g- c4 T4 F* f4 Y2 ?4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
# z' A% h5 f6 D! m' P+ M/ N- s+ `) Nattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 6 ^3 ^0 b5 P: M c; a. @4 K
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.# a4 H4 s8 i9 S. `4 E" C3 m
" V' M+ ~7 G; Z5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 9 }2 x, R* ^& a H' f- K3 M
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 6 \1 C: p( Y( D* O; Y$ a
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.( |4 O( C, L8 y) O
) y; p! A( }5 R' s4 ^# h6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
. p; I, ]$ v! V4 A- r( ~8 Umonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:3 U/ |+ U! n( R3 z
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.% n! P5 {" s1 r. N' k5 n: I, k

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
5 u. ^8 u- G9 t( P p' E; n: I; Xoperation.4 J. E9 E$ p6 ^! T

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in , ^' h* `4 _& o" ~" _
accordance with Students' Union policy.

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
