Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the % ~) H$ R6 e; [, d, b2 R

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 7 p+ W( T. v' a2 |) T. ?
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.7 w1 R7 B3 C: x

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ! {# D$ z8 o [) ]% v
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a # h( @' q) ~* f/ N
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume " u( ?5 f- T2 O0 Z. ~# t2 `+ y0 E' `
operation.
