! M/ r  ^' t1 t% D) `0 f* U; hShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
8 j7 [5 @2 X. K% {5 D- O9 D
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
( O4 o+ ]3 |. d( ~9 S-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
3 U+ V' o: Y( X; R( A  v+ O0 j) e' _-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
, Y' Z/ o, J% a5 w, D" Q6 d-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- S* k- I4 u( h, {: c$ s4 _# ]) D( ~- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
; `" b, S+ a! c5 ?- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
