EDMONTON — Southgate Centre today began a $108 million expansion to accommodate more than 30 new retailers and restaurants.3 O9 n) t# T# ^4 {9 l* G0 `

The two-year project, facing 111th Street, will add 126,000 square feet of leasable space on the ground floor — and two levels of parking above.

Southgate, a 36-year-old mall located south and west of 51st Avenue and 111th Street, now has 130 stores and services. It is owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, based in Montreal.1 I* o, v/ v& B/ a
