• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
+ S  X0 v+ ?  b, C# ~) x• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
; m: Y$ y7 d( A* a9 U• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

. w+ \& {3 C9 d! ~These additional qualifications would be an asset:
$ n5 O) z) v2 Z. A) F6 h• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
• Experience with interfacing with hardware
8 d2 p8 A7 F$ W+ O5 E• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
  Z9 x; }( ]' r) L" Z2 i• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications

• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
