根据大小builder和各种状况,每一个人都可以不一样,所以要看你的Contract,一般都写明了。
I bought from this builder. 20% down. 5% at first time. another 5% after 6 month, 10% 2 weeks before possession (to lawyer). BTW, if the sales manager is David, I suggest you to go to another pacesetter show home and deal with another sales manager
