Job Summary:
( S1 [" D6 |$ d/ v3 Q1 G; Y# VProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

5 n% D' k! m* F) u0 D& nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Q+ ?3 m- n( v. Z% `· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
6 L+ N0 Y3 |2 x! [! r. o· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
9 j1 Y! i& y; I3 [ C· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
I. B2 {3 r6 L· Manages report database.

· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.: ` B5 x3 [: T4 I' \

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.- t! J0 I1 \ e1 W
; s/ f4 }- U, X8 s2 pCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.& {. P; d( L. m4 L

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
