Job Summary:
3 D# P6 v$ M; K. NProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

- X. L/ x4 C; [4 OEssential Duties and Responsibilities:0 q0 W |' K2 m# d+ ^
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
9 x& D# |" S+ N" Z* U5 _4 p/ X% k· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.! `# H8 d$ V# r0 n
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.$ u' e$ Z( _! }

Knowledge and Skills:
! d# H* ]; n7 L& Y- {" s! @1 ?2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

( N# T- W/ C$ }; ?1 b8 c" S3 C6 S3 ]Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.: d% r/ D0 ~- J" l! ?
( p& w% I: I" n& E/ KExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
