; m' q3 ?' A$ X; iProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.) Z9 z7 L% x8 c' G; G" u; \

* W+ R% L- s6 L2 XEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
3 r# o0 E. Y" n+ A6 |· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
. |8 \6 p8 v& s4 X8 y+ h# _· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
6 Q3 a# \, E0 S, L4 H2 L· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.3 \% \3 E. f9 `, W7 t1 I! _
· Manages report database.$ R" c( D: r1 U, M5 D" b
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders." ?. ~9 i, b% U4 s! {" A. @
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

6 f8 A+ {- _- a, s8 o6 l v4 G2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.+ s& Z! X5 |2 {1 Y' ~) c

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.: \# M2 l. c7 l" j
