Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
5 s3 G/ u3 A) q$ J; X! ?8 k· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
+ Z2 z% P$ N( ~( Q1 R" f· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.+ o& }% H+ ~. X: j/ ]& V; Z
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.$ Y* J) Q7 `$ P R( n
· Manages report database.9 m7 b* u. b7 t- V8 g7 `3 w( K
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

. R9 I$ d! U, X2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.8 C. ~5 x6 M6 I& S' e! \: w' X

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.& F0 j& |, [! P2 ]" Q$ ?
2 G0 O0 E" M! k% L, YExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
