% V7 p% C0 N# RProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

. J0 Q) y7 D! K+ nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
0 E0 m% m: b, p: i7 J· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
, x" J1 U, O9 `7 ~+ }4 ^3 _· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.1 k, h0 U% [0 f! Y
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.! l; o S& w$ u3 O
· Manages report database.
: \ H0 K* ^+ v+ A; `· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

Knowledge and Skills:
3 y8 ~1 N8 Y! O; ?( t2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.* @2 y* q) X: l8 v2 {+ R# R
2 m/ p9 {3 g- v; L ECertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
