Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.0 J# L" ?( L9 g# E2 u
8 v& z y7 L6 Z" I3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.9 i- U& x1 I' P8 Z- ^; w( V
