幫一位想買新房子的朋友問，先生税前是6000，朋友稅前1600，問大概可看多少錢的房子謝謝

取决于你贷款的年限和首付的比例和你还有没有别的贷款或欠债，我估摸着如果首付100k,贷款500k，25年还清，可以看60-70万的房子. 最好叫你朋友约见银行贷款专家做进一步了解。

I think the maximum is close to 400k, if the down payment your friends pay at the time of purchase toward the price of thier new home is 5% of the total amount. Otherwise they can not stand paying the check monthly because they need to consider the other fees including insurance, utility...
