没道理，我家多伦多1978年的房子一点声音都没有。两年有声音绝对要builder来修。

subfloor problem. you can solve yourself and don't need to hire others. The builder certainly cannot do it again for you now.

房子施工质量问题，地毯下的隔板（subfloor) 松了，有机会换地毯时，用钉子加固一下就好了。

Hi Bro, you have to admit we are at "west". Looking around, all you could see are vinyl siding or stucco Exterior walls. Where is brick veneer?

screws, not nails; squeaky floor is a result of too few screws, or nails only, and no glue when it was done.
