因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

* y8 o$ X6 g! L% e5 `, e* A- `, RFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
# S* r) S, w7 v' b8 F/ M( z! A- XTalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
