Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

Now, think about it for a minute, Making a turn........

* c" |3 q$ F4 ]% O0 N7 t+ I  F" j( PYou have a problem in you steering system.
9 F: V5 M7 d* V" D# E! V, @2 u7 P* VEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
If it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.

With your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
