来加拿大过暑假短期停留的小孩子能申请美签吗？

朋友的侄女，23岁，上个月过来的，在这里美术馆在志愿者，10月底回去，想去美国玩，这样可以申请美签吗？谢谢指教！

  G% C3 J7 X% X) x; TIt does not hurt to have a try. Nobody says a certain group of people cannot apply for a visa to a country. Whether they grant you a visa is another issue. I know a short-term visitor who got his visa to the U.S. I also know an immigrant who was refused the U.S. visa application. The third case I know is that one full-time student here in Edmonton was refused the U.S. visa application for the second time even though she got no problem with her first application.
