关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

我已经找到答案了。

In many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.
2 A/ O+ S& R) F
! a% M/ Z  [" P3 NNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

For new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.
$ D4 a, @! X. v, `4 d& \3 L; Q; v
New homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

没看见Alberta省在这个GST Rebate里。

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
