请教碰撞后的处理

在停车场发生碰撞，双方均已报保险公司，现寄到对方车辆维修费用，如果打算自己出的话，保险公司是否会有案底？是不是会影响到明年的保险，或者以后换其他保险公司的费用？

要注意的是 决定好了私了，需要签一个文件免后患，大概文本如下

补充一下，不但司机签，同车人员也要签。

# W" U- g# J) d: v; e$ l% X$ l- ~对方是租车公司！现在寄到的信是维修费用，可以选择自己付还是保险公司付！现在应该是双方保险公司都知情的。所以考虑如果自己付还会有记录的话，就不这么做了！因为汽车保险也要到期了，正打算换一家！
