9. To determine appropriate journeyperson to apprentice ratios for trades subject to ratios.

10. To determine whether a trade should have compulsory certification status.

1 Q4 d: P* x$ x2 C- i1 @ P+ V& E11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.
