All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
" }( x. Z3 w8 W5 Z4 m3 rIt doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

1 v7 l% M9 a# Z/ A9 q' e% Q就算你说对了，结果是盼着房价跌的人，真到大跌了，还是不敢买。因为经济垮了，本人失业了。

所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。

& Q! L' K: c- K5 m0 N5 v, D还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
