ATB Financial Spring Promotion rates and products:
-Home Equity Line of Credit  Prime-0.5%
-Rate First Mortgage 5 year fixed 3.29% (subject to change)
                           7 year fixed 3.99% (subject to change)
-Variable Rate Mortgage  5 year term  Prime-0.25% (subject to change)
-Cashback Mortgage
For existing home purchases and rate hold period is 90 days.

好奇地问一下，ATB 的网站上写的是Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) 的利率是 prime minus 0.5% for one year，一年后会是什么利率啊？

5 year fixed rate will be increased to 3.39% commencing tomorrow. If you would like to get rate hold at 3.29%, please call our Contact Centre to get application set up and sent to me for further process. 1-800-332-8383.

HELOC 是拿房屋抵押，所以要在你的房锲上加上银行的名分

HELOC还是2.5%。
5年fixed的最低可以到3.19%了
