2 bananas

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan" s. J7 d- ~, t5 v
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
! g" s* J: Q8 k8 F# L0 Z% n7 h3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.. }" r) K- v t1 k/ Q9 b: {) g
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
3 v1 p. w# H# H5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
