我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。: N# e6 w( B- }( I

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) ; J2 d1 z) N' O( p

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar / @: ?8 C6 T" U% A% N! ]/ l
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
& z: k) K' k. D& z9 t# H$ N1/4 teaspoon baking soda
@( |% n/ r" h1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
/ V8 a# p5 r( M* L5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

3/4 cup granulated sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
