同胞中买这家公司的不少，没人灌水就表示不咋地噻、、、到已开工的地儿去逛逛，才会有比较。

My friend did, to my observation, not bad at all, IMO above average, especially the furnace/heating system.

偶的就是，它家的设计户型别致，售后服务不错，目前还是满意，而且windermere 的新户形更漂亮，17尺挑高,去看看showhome，自己感受一下

To be honest, Avi's floor plans are crappy. But they are very good at market management.
They bought a bunch of small lots (at Uplands and Margrath Summit) from the developers during the recession, lowered the architectural standards, and then sell over-priced houses on attractively priced lots.
