innovation, commerce and social interaction. As the government develops
/ N! L0 O! P/ o8 ~Canada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look( `) {( H; h9 `( q R& O; C/ s+ k9 }
carefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be! W& f) R0 }1 ]9 S' P2 B
guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and
* ]/ x: T! _% M+ v+ o0 Iinvestment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has& q3 q7 m8 L3 |3 H6 g
chosen to examine these concerns that the government shares with a large+ r$ c5 A' q% ?0 x7 U
