& k8 z5 U+ A: E0 gguided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and
9 T) E9 K+ W+ Y4 q7 p, zinvestment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing7 U/ G* R# N Y$ I9 j+ u/ a! M

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has

When the CRTC reaches a final decision following its consultations, the
