Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)' @7 A1 P. B5 J9 O$ O% K, H3 m' {- v
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required( \8 F& S5 |, u8 J. v0 l; r/ e
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed/ R+ H. }( L; G" t! ]4 M
Performs related tasks as needed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
8 }4 V0 n q) q0 {- ?6 I) G: ]! VDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
9 k9 p7 n7 S6 W6 y- [Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset# _" U7 X# a: L l7 e
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
