My friend is looking for a condo or duplex, but unfortunately, she found the average price already increased at least 1% compared with 3 months ago, and another thing pissed her off is that most of houses she likes already gone.

2 O* M5 |/ c  R/ |6 d1 u3 ?  pI don't know what will happen next step, but so far I believe I made the right choice to buy a condo in April.

For those who is still waiting, I suggest you to get one if u already found one. If the gas price keeps going up for next 2 or 3 months, I can't see the sign of price of dropping.
