Sometimes peopple misunderstood the role of Cover Letter.

The role of Cover Letter is to invite the hiring manager to read your Resume. Don't repeat what you have said in Resume.

( ^# G* y  f2 s1 q4 RA cover letter works as a very brief introduction of yourself to the potential emplyer, it does show your attitude towards the job and potential emplyer. Keep it short, attractive and interesting reading in a polite manner.

# c. Z  g6 E$ h' g2 ~) w- KGenerally, the potential emplyer (or the human resources manager) has only 15-30 seconds to read it.
