. N3 Q$ |6 I8 zResponsibilities:
$ u* l& B# O. G- Organize focus group(s)
7 S0 L$ T* ]4 z# d3 F+ ]- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
; I: A4 d" o% l0 r; Q7 d- Recruit children for summer program
/ j3 h# Q! l3 p, {' b- Provide orientation for parents
% a( i% F6 O5 O+ Q' B- Find sponsors to enhance program
  P1 q+ k8 l# ^, [4 I) y- f/ m- Supervise volunteer(s)
( W( I9 Z( A8 {7 \* r) u6 s( x- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
) N- w( X' C" ~' B! m4 d# z. j! p
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
0 N8 M. f' h3 s; D( w, X, l- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
7 e; B: {1 U# g# i: ?5 D) w  k- communication skills
% h& b6 A5 j" p, }( G- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
4 d, W& h% i5 b( L- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
' n* w6 {! Y( x! ~0 M' H/ |- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
