$ _7 s& T5 v0 O9 T- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
3 v& _+ ?, v# C( {- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
2 ?4 U* H: X+ Y; @1 t# K- Find sponsors to enhance program
# K1 z* a% \8 G- w: G/ V- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency
7 E; M0 _; E# N) r
- B0 N2 ]9 o0 u: O! m, L/ Z, aQualifications:
" C, _7 c2 }$ Q2 S- z% }
1 q/ S8 w4 ]2 g9 O$ Q+ l- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
) {+ R! t2 o8 z4 Q* v$ D! X- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
$ D7 K& g" [9 E: o  X7 W$ {- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
1 h5 ]* W- [' t- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Salary

- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
